As current Director of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at Southern Medical University’s Third AƯiliated Hospital—and former Deputy Director at Nanfang Hospital—he combines clinical practice with groundbreaking research. He was trained by top specialist round the world such as Professor Zhong Nanshan (Academician, Chinese Academy of Engineering) during his doctoral studies, and Dean Metcalf (President, American Asthma and Allergy Society) during his U.S. postdoctoral fellowship.
